How does VEYAN GO work?
With VEYAN GO, you select 3 models of glasses from our online store and receive them at home to try them out for 7 days. You will only pay for the glasses you decide to keep at the end of the trial period. Return costs are covered by VEYAN.
How much time is available to try the glasses at home?
You can enjoy a free 7-day trial of the glasses. This period will allow you to evaluate them at your leisure and decide if they suit your style and needs.
Do I have to pay anything when placing the order?
When you place your order, you will be asked for your card details, but no charge will be made until 7 days have passed. Payment will only be processed for the glasses you decide to keep after trying them on.
Can I select more than 3 models?
No, according to our policy, Veyan offers a home try-on service with a maximum of 3 models, which are sent free of charge.
What happens if I don't like the glasses I chose?
If you decide not to keep any of the glasses, you can return them within 7 days of receipt. VEYAN will cover both the shipping and return costs. Please make sure the glasses are in proper condition to avoid additional charges.
To make a return, please log in to your account and generate the return from your user area.
Is the home testing service available worldwide?
At present, the home testing service is only available in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain) . We are in the process of expanding and hope to offer this service in other regions soon.
What happens if the returned glasses are not in good condition?
If the returned glasses are damaged or not in optimal condition, the full amount of the returned glasses will be charged. Please make sure to handle the glasses with care during the trial period.
What items should I return?
If you choose to purchase a product, you only need to return the glasses and their cases. Please use the same shipping box and place the return label on the original to ensure proper handling by the courier.
When will the payment be made?
The charge will be made 7 days after receipt of the order.
What is the final cost?
If you decide not to purchase any glasses, you will only be charged for the cost of return.
What is the procedure for returning trial glasses?
If you wish to make a return, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account with the same email address you used for the purchase. If you purchased as a guest, please create an account with that email address first.
- Select the order and the products you want to return, indicating the reason for the return.
- If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions and, if necessary, a return label.
- Package the Product: Make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Note:
In case of exchange , once the condition of the product has been received and approved, we will issue a purchase voucher for the same amount.
In case of return , the corresponding amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in the purchase.

What is the deadline I have to make a return after the purchase?
- Returns: You have 60 days from receipt of your purchase to evaluate it and decide if it meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return and receive a refund using the same payment method you used .
Exchanges: If you wish to make an exchange, we offer a 12-month period. Once we have received and approved the condition of the returned product, we will issue you a purchase voucher for the same amount so that you can select another item.
How can I make a change?
To request an exchange, you must first process a return. Once the product is received and approved, we will issue a purchase voucher for the same amount.
Please note that shipping costs are not included in the exchange or return process and must be borne by the customer.

Is it possible to cancel an order after it has been placed?
We regret to inform you that once the shipment has left our warehouse, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. However, if you decide not to receive the product, you have the option to refuse delivery when the carrier arrives.
In that case, please make sure to contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can properly manage the return process and provide you with the necessary assistance.

Are all the glasses you offer polarized, or are there options with different lens features?
All of our glasses are designed with polarized lenses that offer complete protection against harmful ultraviolet rays, classified as category 3. This means that they provide high sun protection and are ideal for bright light situations, such as sunny days. Polarized technology effectively reduces glare, improving visual clarity and providing a comfortable and safe viewing experience.
Can sunglasses be prescription?
Our sunglasses cannot be prescription lenses, as the prescription process requires considering several specific optical factors that are not integrated into the design of these lenses.
What are the materials used in the manufacture of glasses?
The most common materials used in the manufacture of glasses are:
1. Acetate: A lightweight, flexible plastic that allows for a wide variety of colors and patterns. It is durable and comfortable.
2. TR90: A thermoplastic material known for its lightness, flexibility and impact resistance, ideal for sports and everyday glasses.
3. Metal: This includes alloys such as stainless steel, titanium and aluminum. Metal frames are durable and stylish, and titanium is especially known for its strength and lightness.
4. Recycled wood: Used for a unique and sustainable style, wood can be combined with other materials such as acetate to improve durability.
5. Cat's Eye: A synthetic material used in high-quality lenses, known for its optical clarity and scratch resistance.

What are the specific materials used in the manufacture of eyeglass lenses?
Made from polycarbonate , a lightweight, durable and impact-resistant material. They offer full UV400 protection and are common in sports and children's glasses for their safety. Although less scratch-resistant than glass, polycarbonate often has protective coatings and allows for a wide variety of designs.
Our sunglasses use TAC (Triacetate Cellulose), a lightweight, scratch-resistant material that is ideal for lenses due to its clear vision and UV protection . With multiple layers, including a polarized layer, it reduces glare and improves visual comfort.
What level of protection do Veyan glasses provide?
Veyan sunglasses offer UV400 protection, ensuring comprehensive coverage against the sun's rays. They incorporate high-quality filters designed according to international standards.
I ordered three glasses, but only received a cord and cases.
This is because you have used the VEYAN GO service, which allows you to try on the glasses at home and return them free of charge. In these cases, we send an optimized package with the essential accessories.
How do I know if I have chosen the right glasses for my face shape?

Warranty
What is the duration of the product warranty?
All of our glasses are backed by a solid 1-year warranty.
This means that for the first year after purchase, we cover you for any manufacturing defects or issues related to the performance of the glasses.
If you experience any difficulties or need assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help you. We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind our warranty to ensure your satisfaction with your eyewear choice.
What specific aspects does the glasses warranty cover?
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for the specified period. This includes issues related to the frame, temples, screws, lenses, and other essential components.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Additionally, it does not cover minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the overall performance of the product.
Warranty Claim Process: If you experience any warranty issues during the specified period, please contact our customer service. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and what information we need to process your claim.
Repair or Replacement: Once we have evaluated the claim and confirmed that it is covered by warranty, we will offer you the option of repairing the product or providing a replacement, depending on availability and the nature of the problem.
Shipping Costs: In warranty cases, shipping costs associated with returning the product and shipping the repaired or replacement product are generally covered by us.
How to start the warranty claim process?

2. Fill out the application form by clicking here .
3. Within the next 48 hours, you will receive an email with the status of the warranty. If it is accepted, you must send us the product for return.
Once we receive the product and have inspected it, we will issue a voucher for the same amount in your favour. Normally, it takes up to 24 hours to issue the purchase voucher after receiving the item.
How can I download the invoice for my purchase?
1. Check your email: After making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the invoice, if available.
2. Access your account in our store:
If you have an account, log in with the email used for the purchase, go to "My orders" or "Order history" and select the order to download the invoice.
If you purchased as a guest, create an account with the same email and you will be able to access your previous orders to download the invoice.
