2. Product Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns of customized or made-to-order products will not be accepted unless they have manufacturing defects.
3. Return/Exchange Process
If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
- Log into your account using the same email address used for the purchase. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email.
- Select the order and the items you want to return, specifying the reason for the return.
- If the request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.
4. Return/Exchange Costs
According to our company policy, customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. However, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible by providing clear instructions and dedicated customer support.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer a 12-month period for product exchanges. However, shipping costs are not included and must be covered by the customer.
- To process an exchange, a return must be requested first.
- Once the returned product is received and approved, we will issue a store credit for the same amount, which can be used for future purchases.
- Each customer may request up to 3 exchanges per year as part of our policy.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Exceptions
- Discounted or sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they have manufacturing defects.
- If the product received is defective or does not match the description, VEYAN will cover all return costs and provide either a full refund or a free replacement.
