Is it necessary to use my own collection system to carry out sales?
You do not need to use your POS payment system, since sales are made through a QR code that allows customers to make the purchase individually.
Once the payment is completed, the customer simply needs to show the receipt to the seller to receive the product.
Who should scan the product?
Currently, the seller is responsible for scanning the product through the application.
However, development of client-side auto-scanning functionality is underway and is expected to be available shortly.

We cannot guarantee approval for all stores, as our activity must align with the type of store and the qualities offered.

What is the duration of the product warranty?
All of our glasses are backed by a solid 1 year warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for the specified period. This includes problems related to the frame, temples, screws, lenses and other essential components.
Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. In addition, it does not cover minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the overall performance of the product.
- Any modification or repair carried out by third parties voids this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover breakage of the wood , as the use of the glasses must be very careful due to the delicate nature of the wood.
