The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for the specified period. This includes problems related to the frame, temples, screws, lenses and other essential components.

Warranty Exclusions:

- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. In addition, it does not cover minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the overall performance of the product.

- Any modification or repair carried out by third parties voids this warranty.

- This warranty does not cover breakage of the wood , as the use of the glasses must be very careful due to the delicate nature of the wood.

Repair or Replacement:

Once we have assessed your claim and confirmed that it is covered under warranty, we will offer you the option of repairing the product or providing a replacement, depending on availability and the nature of the problem.

Shipping Costs:

In warranty cases, shipping costs associated with returning the product and sending the repaired or replacement product are generally covered by us.

What is the duration of the product warranty?

All of our glasses are backed by a solid 1 year warranty.

This means that for the first year after purchase, we cover you for any manufacturing defects or performance-related issues with the glasses.

How to start the warranty claim process?

3. Within the next 48 hours, you will receive an email with the status of the warranty. If it is accepted, you must send us the product for return.

Once we receive the product and have inspected it, we will issue a voucher for the same amount in your favour. Normally, it takes up to 24 hours to issue the purchase voucher after receiving the item.
